Warranty and returns
Warranty
All VibroAssistant devices are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. It covers manufacturing defects: after a fault is confirmed, we repair or replace the device free of charge.
The warranty does not cover mechanical damage, moisture ingress, or damage caused by improper use.
Returns
You may return an unused product of proper quality within 14 days of receipt if its appearance, packaging, and contents are retained.
- Contact us and provide the order number.
- Agree on the return method and send the product.
- After inspection, we will refund the payment using the original method.
